Fashion Blogger Mixer Brunch

This past weekend I attended my very first fashion bloggers brunch at a private location in the upper east side of NYC.  It was such a lovely day and I’ve been dying to share it with you.

In January this year, I set a number of goals for 2018 – one of which was to – create a blog and connect with other fashion  bloggers around me. I am happy to say that I accomplished both 😁. I am not where I would love to be, but I am certainly closer than I was at the beginning of the year. This weekend was the beginning of a new journey. I had the opportunity to meet and connect with such amazing women.  It sort of goes to show the importance of setting goals and the power of motivation. I firmly believe that when you write down your goals or tell someone about them that you will consciously or unconsciously work towards them.

There were 9 of us in total at the brunch – it was very intimate and left room for more one on one interaction to get to know a little bit about each of these lovely ladies.💕

One of the things I’m learning about blogging is the importance of surrounding yourself with people who inspire you and one another. I love 💕 to see women empowerment!

I have a huge amount of respect for each of these women. We each have our very own personalities and styles whether it’s fashion, photography or writing style. There’s room for us all in this blogging world.

Thanks for the sensible critique. Me & my neighbor were just preparing to do a little research about this. We got a grab a book from our area library but I think I learned more from this post. I am very glad to see such great information being shared freely out there.
